No matter how many fall decorations I put out or how many pumpkin spice candles I light, it still feels like summer here. One of our favorite ways to cool down is with popsicles. Both my kids love them and I love that we can make our own using healthy ingredients. It’s a win-win. I found these adorable Ice Cream Popsicle Molds and decided to make some popsicles with ingredients we already had.
They are easy to make (the kids loved helping) and super tasty. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Ingredients:
- I cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 bananas
- 1 13.5-oz. can full-fat unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Fill popsicle molds and freeze for 3-6 hours. Run the outside of popsicle molds under water before removing the popsicles. Enjoy!
